I’d really recommend this as a programme for riders who are looking to improve their core strength! I’ve been doing it for awhile now, I was up to day 15 but then I fell off a horse and injured myself, so I’ve just restarted and gone back to day 12 :)

Great for any rider! Core strength is essential for all types of riding, but especially jumping and dressage.
